摘要:
为建立川芎中的苯酞二聚体欧当归内酯A(LA)的提取动力学模型,以甲醇为溶剂,以欧当归内酯A质量浓度为考察指标,采用单因素试验对川芎中欧当归内酯A进行超声波辅助提取; 在Fick第二扩散定律的基础上,通过合理化处理,求得该过程的扩散活化能、表观扩散速率常数等动力学参数的值。最终建立川芎中欧当归内酯A的提取动力学模型,检验结果表明数据吻合基本良好。该模型反映了提取液中欧当归内酯A的质量浓度与提取温度、超声功率、颗粒半径、液固比以及提取时间之间的关系,在提取方法、药材种类、提取溶剂一定的情况下,可预测不同提取条件下提取液中欧当归内酯A的浓度。
Abstract:
To establish a kinetic model for the extraction of Levistolide A(LA),a naturally occurring phthalide dimer in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.(CX),ultrasonic-assisted extraction was carried out via single-factor experiments,with methanol as solvent and the concentration of LA as an index.Based on Fick’s Second Law of diffusion,the dynamic parameters,such as the activation potential and apparent diffusive rate constant,were obtained.The kinetic model for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of LA from CX was established,simulating the factors that influence the concentration of LA in the extract,including the extraction temperature,ultrasonic power,particle size,liquid-solid ratio,and extraction time.After validity test,the model was turned out to be well-behaved in predicting the concentration of LA in CX extract in case that the type of medicinal herbs and the extraction solvent were given.
