摘要:
预制桩沉桩施工阶段形成的桩身残余应力对抗拔桩的工作性状有影响。模型试验观测了5根不同型号的实心方桩在粉细砂地基中压桩时施工残余应力、拔桩时桩身轴力及桩端吸力。结果表明:贯入深度越大,桩身残余应力积累效应越明显,单位贯入度对应的残余应力最大值增长幅度与桩身截面尺寸,桩端深度均有关; 拔桩初期,桩身内存在拉、压轴力分界面,伴随荷载水平提高,分界面逐渐下移,直至最终消失; 拔桩后期,桩端以下形成空穴,产生桩端吸力,桩底土层越密实,该现象越明显; 在考虑施工残余应力的基础上,提出了抗拔桩承载力计算方法,并和实测结果进行对比。
Abstract:
The residual stress locked in the precast pile has an important influence on the working performance of uplift piles.A model test was conducted to investigate the residual stess,anxial force and the suction of pile tip of five different model piles in sandy soil foundation. Results indicated that the residual stress of pile was further accumulated as penetrating.The growth of maximum residual stress under unit penetration depth refered to section size and the depth of pile end. At the early stage of pulling piles,there was a interface between tension and pressure in pile.As the load increased,the interface moved down gradually and diappeard eventually. At the late stage,pile end existed tip suctionn and the more dense the deep soil,the greater the suction value.Calculations for the bearing capacity of uplift piles were compared with the measured values.
