摘要:
对某电厂中水回用于循环水系统中的水处理药剂进行评价,采用电化学方法考察Q235钢和316L不锈钢在不同浓缩倍率和不同温度的循环水中的缓蚀性能,采用极限碳酸盐硬度法和平皿计数法分别考察药剂的阻垢性能和杀菌性能。结果表明:Q235钢在3倍浓缩倍率时,阳极活化控制腐蚀过程; 在3.5倍和4倍浓缩倍率时,腐蚀过程受阴极活化控制。316L不锈钢在循环水中的腐蚀过程受阳极电阻极化控制,且316L不锈钢存在局部腐蚀倾向。两种材料的腐蚀速率与浓缩倍率成正比。阻垢缓蚀剂的极限碳酸盐值为1 260.16 mg/L。杀菌剂对异养菌具有很高的杀生效率,在50 mg/L时即达到99%。
Abstract:
To evaluate the water treatment agents of regenerated water reuse for circulating water system of a power plant,the corrosion inhibition performance of Q235 steel and 316L stainless steel in circulating water of different concentration ratios and different temperatures was examined by electrochemical method.The limited carbonate hardness test was used to examine the scale inhibition of the reagent.The plate count method was used to examine the bactericidal properties of the agents.Results showed that for Q235 steel,corrosion process was controlled by the anode activation at the 3 times concentration ratio.When it was 3.5 times and 4 times the concentration ratio,the corrosion process was controlled by the cathode activation.For 316L stainless steel corrosion process was controlled by the anodic resistance polarization,and the 316L stainless steel had a local corrosion tendency.The corrosion rate of the two materials was proportional to the concentration magnification.The limiting carbonate value of the scale inhibitor was 1 260.16 mg/L.The bactericide had a high killing efficiency for heterotrophic bacteria,reaching 99% at 50 mg/L.
