摘要:
为研究标距弧长、标距角度、摩擦和试样厚度对环向拉伸的影响,对环向拉伸进行理论分析和有限元模拟。使用理论方法推导出切向力关于摩擦及标距角度的计算公式,对圆环试样在拉伸过程中的受力和变形进行分析; 使用ABAQUS模拟环向拉伸过程,分析了标距弧长、标距角度、摩擦及试样厚度对试验的影响,并验证了理论解。结果表明:试验时需要选择合适的标距角度,并使用润滑剂减小摩擦力的影响。
Abstract:
In order to study the effects of gauge length,gauge angle,friction and specimen thickness on the ring hoop tension test,theoretical analysis and finite element simulation were carried out.The theoretical analysis was used to derive the calculation formula of tangential force about friction and gauge angle and the force and deformation of the ring specimen during the ring hoop tension test were analyzed.The effects of gauge length,gauge angle,friction and specimen thickness on the test were analyzed by ABAQUS,and the theoretical solutions were verified.Results showed that it was necessary to choose proper gauge angle and to use the lubricant to reduce the influence of the friction.
