摘要:
以双环戊二烯(DCPD)为原料合成的双环基不饱和聚酯二醇(DUPG)、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PET3A)、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)为原料,通过溶液聚合法合成了双环基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(DPUA),考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂和阻聚剂用量对合成DPUA的影响,研究了UV固化涂膜的铅笔硬度、附着力和柔韧性等性能。结果表明:合成过程中第1步反应温度、时间和催化剂质量分数分别为55 ℃、2.5 h、0.04%,第2步反应温度、时间和催化剂质量分数分别为75 ℃、2.5 h、0.06%,阻聚剂质量分数为0.2%时,树脂性能最佳。
Abstract:
The dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)based dipolyurethane acrylate(DPUA)was synthesized by solution polymerization using double unsaturated polyester glycol(DUPG)which was synthesized from DCPD,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),pentaerythritol three acrylate(PET3A)and tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA).Effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount and polymerization inhibitor amount were discussed.The coating properties based on DPUA,such as pencil hardness,adhesive force and flexibility were investigated.Optimal synthesis conditions were the first step reaction temperature of 55 ℃,reaction time of 2.5 h,catalyst mass ratio of 0.04%,the second step reaction temperature of 75 ℃,reaction time of 2.5 h,catalyst mass ratio of 0.06% and polymerization inhibitor mass ratio of 0.2%.
