摘要:
对大型合成氨一段转化炉下猪尾管材料的劣化和损伤机制进行了研究,探讨了经固溶热处理后材料蠕变性能的恢复情况.并预测其剩余寿命.研究结果表明,对下猪尾管材料在使用一段时间后,可采用固溶热处理的方法,恢复材料的主体组织和性能,达到延寿目的,但材料在服役期的表层损伤不能依靠固溶热处理得到解决.
