摘要:
针对塔河油田酸化油乳化程度高,常规方法无法实现深度脱水等现状,通过高频脉冲电脱水单因素和正交实验,对脱水过程中电压、频率、温度和脉宽比4个因素对脱水性能的影响进行研究。实验结果表明,高频脉冲电脱水的最佳参数为温度100 ℃,电压8 kV,频率4 kHz,脉宽比70%。
Abstract:
The acid crude from Tahe oil field is high emulsification,conventional methods could not achieve dehydration effectively.Factors for the performance by high frequency impulse electrostatic dehydration was investigated through one-factor at a time and orthogonal experiments.Effects of four factors such as temperature,voltage,frequency,duty cycle in the dehydration processing on dehydration performances were studied.Results indicated that the best conditions were the temperature of 100 ℃,the voltage of 8 kV,the frequency of 4 kHz,and the duty cycle of 70%.
