摘要:
本文运用ABAQUS有限元软件对不同螺栓拧入深度的螺栓球节点进行了受拉承载全过程分析,与受拉螺栓球节点试验结果的对比验证了计算模型的准确性。有限元分析结果表明:不同的螺栓拧入深度,螺栓球节点发生不同的破坏模式。当螺栓拧入深度小于0.94d(d为螺栓直径)时,两者相互咬合接触的螺纹发生破坏,且螺栓球节点的受拉承载力与螺栓拧入深度成正比。当螺栓拧入深度不小于0.94d时,高强螺栓受拉断裂破坏。通过对有限元分析结果的拟合,得到螺栓球节点受拉承载力与螺栓拧入深度的关系式。
Abstract:
The enough screwing depth can ensure the safety of grid structure. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software was used to analysis the ultimate capacity of bolt-sphere joint with the different depths of the bolt screwed into bolt-sphere. The accuracy of the finite element calculation model was proved by comparing the test results and finite element analysis. The numerical results showed that two different failure modes can be obtained when the depth of bolt screwed into bolt-sphere was different. When the depth of bolt screwed into bolt-sphere was less than 0.94 times of bolt diameter, the contact screws of the bolt and bolt-sphere were destroyed. The ultimate bearing capacity was proportional to the depth of bolt screwed bolt-sphere. When the depth of bolt screwed into bolt-sphere was no less than 0.94 times of bolt diameter, the high-strength bolts was destroyed. The relationship between bearing capacity and the depth of bolt screwed bolt-sphere fitted the numerical results.
