摘要:
以AgNO3溶液为Ag源,采用直接浸渍法对Al2O3膜表面进行抗菌处理,制备载银陶瓷微滤膜。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、能量色散X线光谱仪(EDS)及X线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等表征载银陶瓷膜的结构和形貌。结果表明:载银处理对膜的形貌无显著影响,Ag颗粒在膜表面均匀分布,无明显团聚现象; 400 ℃热处理后,Ag以单质形式存在于膜表面,具有良好的稳定性能。以大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌为试验菌种,采用振荡烧瓶法和抑菌圈法测试载银膜的抗菌性能。发现载银膜在大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌培养基上有明显的抑菌圈,杀菌率达到99.99%; 对大肠杆菌菌悬液的过滤实验结果表明载银膜的通量衰减幅度小,载银后陶瓷膜的抗菌性能得到显著提高。
Abstract:
The antibacterial membranes were prepared by dip-coating method using alumina microfiltration membrane as support and silver nitrate as the functional component. The prepared membranes were investigated by field emit scan electron microscope(FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS). Results showed that silver particles were successfully loaded onto the membrane surface with no obvious agglomeration and no change of membrane morphology with choosing polyethylene glycol as the dispersing agent. After sintered at 400 ℃, the Ag-loaded membrane presented good stability. The antibacterial performance of Ag-loaded membrane was characterized by concussion flask method and inhibition zone method to against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as the typical experiment objects. The Ag-loaded membranes presented excellent antibacterial property that the obvious inhibition zone was available in E. col. and S. aureus medium and its average antibacterial rate came to 99.99%, and showed a better filtering property and a lower flux decay ratio with filtering E. coli. suspension. The antibacterial performance of Ag-loaded membrane was improved significantly.
