摘要:
制备了不同Na2SiO3质量分数的Pt/Na2SiO3-WO3/ZrO2催化剂。通过X线衍射(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、H2 的化学吸附、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等方法表征催化剂的理化性质。用固定床反应器考察催化剂对甘油氢解制1,3-丙二醇反应的催化性能。结果表明:引入Na2SiO3可调变催化剂中ZrO2晶相组成、催化剂的酸性、可还原性能和H2吸附性能,进而影响催化剂对甘油氢解制1,3-丙二醇反应的催化性能。引入适量的Na2SiO3,可使Pt/Na2SiO3-WO3/ZrO2催化剂有较高的活性和稳定性。
Abstract:
A series of Pt/Na2SiO3-WO3/ZrO2 catalysts with different Na2SiO3 contents were prepared. The physical-chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), H2 temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR), hydrogen adsorption, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD). The performance for glycerol hydrogenolysis to 1,3-propanediol were investigated in a fixed-bed continuous-flow reactor. Results showed that the crystalline structure of ZrO2, acidic properties, reducibility, and the amount of chemisorbed hydrogen of the catalysts with addition of Na2SiO3 were improved, which in turn affected the performance of glycerol hydrogenolysis to 1, 3-propanediol. Pt/Na2SiO3-WO3/ZrO2 catalyst with proper content of Na2SiO3 would have a high activity and stability.
