摘要:
基于对自密实混凝土工作性能的研究以及其配比有着很强的地域性,采用本地材料中石子、砂、粉煤灰、水泥、水和减水剂的用量为因素,各取5个水平; 采用坍落扩展度试验、J型环试验,测试自密实混凝土的流动性、钢筋间隙通过能力; 进行正交配合比试验,分析各因素用量对工作性能的影响。通过极差分析的方法来实现材料对工作性能影响的分析,并且得出最优配比。结果表明:减水剂的用量和石子的用量对于自密实混凝土配比影响占主要因素。
Abstract:
Based on the study of self-compacting concrete performance and the ratio with a strong regionalism,the five levels of local gravel,sand,fly ash,cement,water,and the dosage of water reducing agent were adopted as factors,and the mobility of the self-compacting concrete and reinforced clearance capacity were tested by the slump extending degree tests and J type ring tests. With the proportion of orthogonal experiments,the effect of dosage of each factor on working performance was analyzed.The effect of each material on working performance was analyzed by range analysis,and then the optimal proportion was obtained. Results showed that the dosage of water reducing agent and the gravel were main factors for the mixing proportion of self-compacting concrete.
