摘要:
简要介绍碲化镉(CdTe)太阳能电池的发展历史,详细阐述了CdTe太阳能电池工作原理、制备工艺以及沉积后热处理、背接触影响,并且重点讨论了提高电池性能的方法和稳定性问题,最后展望了CdTe电池的发展趋势和应用前景。
Abstract:
The development history of CdTe solar cells was briefly introduced,and then the work principles,fabrication process,post-deposition annealing,and the influence of back contact were reviewed in detail.The approaches to improve the device performance and stability were also discussed,and the future development and prospects of CdTe solar cells were pointed out.
