摘要:
本文通过对刹车片摩擦材料热压成型过程中的工艺参数进行正交设计试验并进行工艺优化研究,采用定速摩擦试验、材料力学强度测定和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对样品进行表征。结果表明:刹车片摩擦材料热压成型工艺中保压时间、压制温度和后处理时间对摩擦系数大小的影响较大,其中保压时间对摩擦系数的稳定性影响最明显; 保压时间、压制温度对质量磨损影响较大; 压制温度对材料硬度影响较大,而材料的冲击强度和压缩性能都与硬度有着很大关联。生产工艺参数优化为:保压6 min、压制温度170 ℃、压制压力20 MPa、后处理时间8 h。优化后样品的摩擦系数更加稳定,冷态摩擦系数由0.33提高至0.36,质量磨损下降了10%左右。
Abstract:
Orthogonal design experiments were conducted to determine the parameters for the thermoforming of brake friction material.The samples were characterized by the constant speed test,mechanical strength and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results showed that dwelling time,pressing temperature and post-processing time had great influence on the friction coefficient in the thermoforming of brake friction material.The effects of dwelling time on the stability of friction coefficient were greatest in the process.The dwelling time and pressing temperature had a big impact on the mass loss.The pressing temperature had great influence on the hardness,and the impact intensity of the material and the compression performance were linked with hardness.Process parameter optimization results were:dwelling time of 6 min,pressing temperature of 170 ℃,pressing pressure of 20 MPa,post-processing time of 8 h.Under the optimal conditions,the prepared sample had more stable friction coefficient,cold friction coefficient increased from 0.33 to 0.36,and wear dropped by about 10%.
