摘要:
对水射流磨料生产废水中的聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行资源化回用研究。将采用盐析凝胶法回收所得的PVA回用于水射流磨料的生产中,考察产品性能; 在生产配方未修正和根据废水中PVA浓度对生产配方修正的情况下,进行废水直接回用,考察废水回用比例、回用周期对产品性能的影响。结果表明:在其他工艺条件不变的基础上,将分散剂改用盐析凝胶法回收PVA,所得产品硬度、亲水性满足产品要求; 配方修正后,硬度、亲水性K值和目标粒径产率皆符合产品性能要求; 回用比例80%、回用3次时,硬度、K值和目标粒径产率分别为261.7 N/mm2、26.832和32.12%。
Abstract:
The useful substance polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)in the waterjet abrasive production wastewater was studied.Firstly,PVA recovered by salting-gel method was reused in production process of waterjet abrasive,and the performance was analyzed.Secondly,under the conditions of unmodified and modified formula of production according to PVA concentration in the wastewater,the wastewater was directly reused to investigate the impact of wastewater reuse percentage and reuse cycle on product performance.Results showed that if other process conditions unchanged,the dispersant was replaced by PVA recovered by salting-gel method,and the hardness and hydrophilicity index of the obtained product could meet the product requirements after correcting the formula production.Thus,it was feasible to reuse the waterjet abrasive production wastewater.For 80% of wastewater reuse percentage and three times of wastewater reuse frequency, the hardness was 261.7 N/mm2,hydrophilicity value K was 26.832 and target mass fraction was 32.12%.
