摘要:
为了增强细水雾的灭火性能,实验研究了一种表面活性剂类添加剂对细水雾扑灭汽油池火的增强效果。结果表明:相对于纯水细水雾,使用添加剂可以有效缩短细水雾灭火时间,增强灭火稳定性。随着添加剂浓度的增大,灭火时间逐渐缩短并趋于稳定值,灭火稳定性则呈下降趋势。实验中添加剂的最大有效质量分数为6%,相比纯水的灭火时间缩短约70%,灭火稳定性提高25%。灭火增强机制分析认为添加剂通过提高细水雾吸热蒸发能力,促进泡沫层形成以及表层汽油乳化,增强了细水雾对火焰和汽油的降温、隔离作用。
Abstract:
To enhance fire suppression performance of water mist,pool fire extinguishing experiments were conducted to investigate the enhancement effects of water mist with additive surfactant.Results showed that compared with the pure water,the water mist with surfactant could reduce the fire extinguishing time and improve the fire suppression stability.With the concentration increased,the fire extinguishing time decreased and approached a steady value,whereas the fire suppression stability decreased.According to the experiments,the most effective concentration of additive surfactant was 6%.Compared with pure water, the corresponding fire extinguishing time was reduced by 70% and fire suppression stability was improved by 25%.The enhancement mechanism analysis indicated that the surfactant enhanced the water mist fire suppression performance with fire cooling,foam coating and fuel emulsion effects.
