摘要:
针对国产大型环氧乙烷(EO)反应器整体结构展开研究,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立三维实体结构模型,分析了EO反应器在稳态运行工况以及开停车阶段可能出现的6种工况下整体结构的温度场及应力分布。结果表明:稳态运行时,靠近壳程侧管板沿厚度方向存在较大的温度梯度; 在管板与管箱连接处、管板与换热管连接处及管箱过渡圆角处存在较大的应力; 开停车工况下整体结构强度均在允许范围内。
Abstract:
Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the three-dimensional model of ethylene oxide(EO)reactor.Temperature distributions and stress analyses of the reactor were obtained under steady-state operating conditions and at the stages of startup and shutdown.Results showed that the larger temperature gradient appeared in the areas of tubesheet close to shell-side along a thickness direction.Higher stress distributions occurred in the connection regions between the tubesheet and the structure, such as tub sheets,shell and knuckles.The stress intensity of the reactor under different start-stop states was within the permissible range.
