摘要:
试验研究采用复合材料工字型连接型材的复合材料夹层结构平接胶结节点的抗弯性能,考察工字型连接型材纤维铺设、节点搭接长度等因素对连接节点的破坏模式、荷载-变形关系、连接区域应变发展规律的影响,对平接节点的破坏机制进行了分析。试验研究表明:节点出现连接型材破坏或胶层剥离破坏; 复合材料连接型材纤维布的铺设与层数对连接节点的破坏模式有影响,连接型材刚度与强度满足要求时,搭接长度是确定连接节点承载力的重要因素。研究成果可供复合材料夹层结构平接节点设计参考。
Abstract:
Experiments were executed to study the bending performance of the adherence flush joints in FRP I-shape composite sandwich structure.The influence of fiber configuration and overlapping length to the failure mode of the joints,load-deformation relation and strain-development law in joint area was investigated,and the failure mechanics of joints was analyzed.Results showed that the conjunction failure and the glue delamination failure occured and the setting direction and layers of fiber affected the failure mode of conjunction joints.Overlapping length was the key factor to determine the bearing capacity of adherence joint with enough stiffness and strength of FRP I-shape.Results could be referred for the adherence joint design on composite sandwich plate.
