摘要:
采用乙二胺对磺酸型阳离子交换树脂进行胺化改性,并运用CHNS元素分析及傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对改性树脂进行表征。结果表明:胺化改性后树脂含氮量为0.94 mmol/g,改性后树脂骨架结构变化不大,胺基成功固载到树脂上,碱性增强,使氢型树脂成为具有酸碱双功能的催化剂。以胺化改性树脂为催化剂催化环己酮缩合反应,在较温和的反应条件下,环己酮转化率可达62.1%,二聚物选择性可达98.0%,体现出明显的酸碱协同催化作用。胺化量为5%时改性树脂效果最佳且改性树脂重复使用5次后,催化性能仍较稳定。
Abstract:
Modified sulfonie acid ion exchange resins were prepared by ethylenediamine.The prepared catalyst was characterized by Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and the CHNS elemental analysis was performed on an elemental analyzer Vario EL cube.Results showed that 0.94 mmol/g nitrogen-containing resins were obtained modified by amination.Moreover,the skeleton structure of the modified resin had no change.The basicity of catalyst could be strengthened by supporting amino.The acid-base bifunctional resin catalyst was obtained.The self-condensation of cyclohexanone reactions was carried out over modified resin.The conversion of cyclohexanone and selectivity to dimer-cyclohexanone were 62.1% and 98.0%,respectively,exhibiting the acid-base coordination obviously.The reaction conditions were mild.The amination rate 5% of resins revealed good catalytic performances to self-condensation of cyclohexanone.Furthermore,the modified resin showed a good repeatability after 5 times reuse.
