摘要:
采用种子乳液聚合方法制备偏二氯乙烯(VDC)改性丙烯酸酯乳液,并制备印花黏合剂,测定印花织物性能。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、同步热分析仪(TG)及X线衍射仪(XRD)表征聚合物结构。结果表明:VDC与丙烯酸酯单体发生共聚反应,降低了材料的耐热性和规整性; 当VDC占单体总质量的16%时,聚合物耐水性明显提高; 乳化剂用量为体系质量的1.10%和引发剂为0.38%时,反应转化率超过98%; 相应印花织物透气率、得色量及弯曲刚度均达到应用要求。
Abstract:
Vinylidene chloride(VDC)modified acrylic emulsion was prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization.The sample was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),thermal gravity analysis(TG),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The printing adhesive was prepared based on the emulsion,and textile performance was measured.The results showed that VDC and acrylate were copolymerized,while the heat resistance and regularity of copolymer were decreased.When the content of VDC increased to 16%,the water resistance of adhesive was improved obviously.The optimized contents of emulsifier and initiator were 1.10% and 0.38%,and conversion was more than 98%.The permeability,colour yield and flexural rigidity of printed fabric were suitable for textile application.
