摘要:
将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)浓溶液逐滴滴入大量的非溶剂无水乙醇中,研究PVDF在不同温度乙醇中的结晶行为,考察温度对PVDF晶型、结晶形貌和热行为的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征样品性能。结果表明:PVDF在乙醇中结晶时主要形成α晶和少量的β晶,且α晶的含量随温度升高而增大; 样品中的许多较小片状或球状的黏结结构,实质为PVDF的初级小晶体; 在不同温度乙醇中结晶的PVDF具有相似的熔融曲线,但在较高温度下结晶时,会导致结晶度下降。
Abstract:
The crystallization of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)in ethanol was carried out by dropping PVDF N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)solution into a large amount of non-solvent ethanol.The influences of temperature on PVDF crystallization phase,morphology and thermal behavior were investigated.Sample performance was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that PVDF crystallized in α and β phases, and the relative fraction of α phase increased with the increasing crystallization temperature.A large quantity of minute adhesive flakes or spheres structures were observed from sample surface.In fact,these structures were imperfect primary crystals of PVDF.The crystallized PVDF at different temperatures had similar melting curves,while it had a lower degree of crystallinity at higher temperature.
