摘要:
针对环太湖地区多晶硅电池生产企业废水总氮排放超标的情况,采用厌氧反硝化工艺对多晶硅太阳电池硝氮废水的进行处理.通过接种A/O系统的缺氧段污泥,在模拟废水pH为7.0~7.5、温度为(23±2) ℃、C∶N=4~6的条件下,运行80d启动厌氧反硝化反应器.结果表明,处理出水符合“太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值”(DB 32/1072—2007)的排放标准.在稳定运行阶段,通过对主要限制因素的条件优化,实现了快速反硝化深度脱氮.
Abstract:
Amied at the multicystaline silicon solar cells industry for discharging the wastewater with total nitrogen exceeding the stipulated standards in the area of Taihu Lake, several experiments of anaerobic denitrification designed to remove nitrogen from the washing wastewater of the acidic ething for multicystaline silicon solar cells were carried out. By inoculating with A/O systematic oxygenpoor sludge, the reactor was operated under the conditions of pH values from 7.0 to 7.5, the temperature was(23±2) ℃ and C/N was 4 to 6, the reactor was successfully run in 80 days. The effluent quality was stable to meet the criterion of DB 32/1072—2007. In the steady operation period, the quick nitrogen removal could be realized by the optimization of controlling factors.
